At times in our lives, most of us have believed that our good works can somehow usher us into right standing with God. If we can be good enough, then God will accept us. Chicago Bears Cornerback Prince Amukamara was living with this belief. But once he discovered the reality of God's grace through the cross and resurrection of Jesus, he began divorcing himself from the religious rules he believed in and began to follow Jesus in a true relationship.
Prince shares a common struggle of overcoming works-based salvation and living in true grace. Do you struggle with the same tension? Is God concerned with our good works? If so, what's the proper perspective to have when it comes to grace? On February 2, Football Sunday, you can hear Prince walk us through his journey - a journey from rules to a relationship, to following Jesus.
You'll also hear Nate Solder tell the ongoing story of his son who's facing cancer. Finally, you'll experience a story from Benjamin and Kirsten Watson, as they navigate the unplanned challenges of life, and allow God to define the results and outcomes.
