One of the most popular shows in television history is Who Wants to be A Millionaire? Why’s it so popular? Because everyone wants to become a millionaire. Like the people on the show – instantly and without working for it. Most Americans handle their finances foolishly – in ways that are directly opposite to how God says to handle money.
The Bible contains more than 2,000 references to money, twice as much as the references to faith and prayer. We must talk about the things God talks about. We must be concerned about the things God is concerned about. And God is concerned about how we handle our finances because He wants us to live in freedom and blessing.
As Christians, we need to get back to what God says about finances.
