Is your life driven by the presence of God or by other things: such as your family or friends, your job, your circumstances, your finances, your fears, or your failures?
It’s easy to get our focus on people, or emotions or mistakes we’ve made but they won’t speed up or accelerate our Christian life. Only the presence of God will accelerate our lives. Perhaps no one understood this more than Moses. In Exodus 33:15 Moses said to God: “If your presence doesn’t go with us, don’t send us up from here.”
Moses was supposed to lead the Children of Israel into their promised land - but He was willing to give up the promise land for God’s presence. What drives you??
