People are God’s greatest resource. This conviction has shaped Chad and Sara Briggs throughout their lives, influencing both their ministry and their business.

Chad began preparing for ministry at Christ for the Nations Institute before continuing his education at Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where he met and married the love of his life, Sara. Together, they have faithfully served in ministry for nearly 30 years as youth pastors, assistant pastors, worship leaders, and district council members with the Foursquare churches of North Texas.

In 2013, God led Chad and Sara into an unexpected season of ministry by launching a home services company in South Texas. What began as a business became another mission field. Today, Legacy Home Services employs more than 40 team members and is built on the belief that people always come first—whether customers, employees, or members of the community.

Chad attributes his passion for caring for people to the example set by his father, who faithfully pastored hurting people with compassion and grace. That legacy continues to inspire Chad’s desire to love and serve others well. Both Chad and Sara graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University with degrees centered on ministry and helping people discover the hope found in Christ.

Chad and Sara are the proud parents of Bentley and his wife, Caelyn, Brinsley, and Caden. When they’re not serving in ministry or leading their business, they enjoy traveling and spending time with family. Above all, their greatest passion is the local church. Because Christ loves His Church, Chad and Sara are committed to loving, serving, and strengthening it with all their hearts.
