Ken and Shireal Martin lead and support Grace Group Leaders as they host small groups!

Ken Martin grew up in a Christian family and came to know God from an early age. He has served in media ministry at large churches; running sound and production for main and youth services. Ken has a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Arts in Science in Banking and his professional background includes over 30 years in leadership experience, working for regional and international organizations. During his time at Grace he joined a small group with his wife, Shireal, and subsequently began a small group in their home. 

Shireal Martin is a Texas native. She was raised in a Christian home and grew up in church. She has been a believer of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for almost 40 years. In church, she has served in the Children’s Ministry and has led Training and Development, Christian Education, and the Women’s Ministry.  Shireal is also an author, teacher and international speaker.

Professionally: Shireal is the Founder and Executive Director of a nonprofit organization in Dallas, TX that has trained and helped over 75,000 people.

Education & Leadership Experience: She has 26 years of leadership and management experience, 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, 19 years of leadership and career counseling, 18 years of financial management training experience, and over 16 years of nonprofit experience.  She has a Master’s Degree in Professional Development with a concentration in counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  

Her greatest joys are in being a wife, mother and a Servant Leader of Christ. Ken and Shireal have 3 wonderful children.
